About

I am a Research Consultant with the National Autistic Society. I currently lead on the first family support service and programme evaluations in my consultancy role for the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team. I have developed mixed methods strategies (using and developing a theory of change), organised volunteers to carry out fieldwork and written and presented reports to key stakeholders. I am passionate about social change and diversity.
My areas of expertise include autism, neurodiversity, disability, mental health, charities, support for young people and families and criminal justice. I am a speaker at national and international events. I was part of the Autism is Pink project [http://www.autisminpink.net/ ]
